How ordering works. You send us your project details first. We confirm the order and the build fee, then send you a secure payment link. You see the build fee, the annual care amount and the billing terms before you pay.

- How renewal works
- Each year you renew only your hosting and care for your selected package. The website build is a once-off payment and is not charged again. We email you a reminder with a secure payment link before your renewal date, the same way as your first payment. Nothing is charged automatically.

Good to know
- You supply text, images and product information unless you buy content creation separately.
- Domains, business email licences, paid plugins and third-party subscriptions are separate.
- New pages, major redesigns and custom features need a separate quotation.
